FOOD and PRODUCE
When you arrive at the Icon Painter’s apartments or villas you will find a little sample of our own extra virgin olive oil and Kalamata olives, preserved in lemon juice and oregano. Depending on the season you may also get some other produce from the garden or our store of preserves – delicious fig jam or marmalade, traditional Greek “spoon-sweets”, freshly baked bread. During your stay you can order more to eat on holiday or to take with you as souvenirs or presents.
There are many excellent restaurants in Koroni, Harakopoio and the surrounding area but a stay at the Icon Painter’s villas would be incomplete without sampling our unique dining experience.

What makes our dining experience unique is the imaginative fusion of Mediterranean flavours and the use of our own produce in many dishes served either on your private balcony or on one of the beautiful terraces around the gardens, this is an experience exclusive to our guests.
The superb food that Maria produces results from her philosophy to use only the freshest of local produce. When possible we use produce from our own kitchen garden, picked to order. The food we produce is both Greek and Chic.
Whether you stay at the villas or the apartments we are delighted when guests buy our extra virgin olive oil, Kalamata olives or other produce to take home as souvenirs. We can also send oil and olives to certain destinations.
